TRADITIONS & EVENTS
For more than 15 years, HOPE Academy has been creating and celebrating traditions that bring joy, faith, and connection to our community. From the very first days of school to the final moments of the year, these cherished events knit together students, families, and staff in ways that are both meaningful and fun.
The school year begins with Back-to-School Night, complete with frozen treats, blessings over families, and Community Gathering Day. These events are opportunities where friendships take root and our community spirit shines. Summer carries its own joys through casual Pop-In events that allow families and staff to reconnect in a relaxed, welcoming way.
Throughout the year, students experience milestones that have become beloved HOPE traditions. Our youngest Royals delight in the Kindergarten Bear Hunt, while elementary students look forward to the 3rd-grade Rocket Launch and the 5th-grade Move-Up Day. Middle schoolers step into new seasons of growth with the 8th-grade Celebration, high school students have the honor of the High School Lounge and vending machine and seniors finish their journey surrounded by faith and gratitude during the Senior Walk-Through and Senior Worship, two of many senior traditions.

The year ends in the best way possible with our Annual Field Day hosted by the Men of HOPE and capped off with a community BBQ. This is always a day full of laughter, games, and fellowship that reflects everything we love about being together as a school family.
At HOPE Academy, traditions aren’t just events on a calendar. They are moments of joy, faith, and connection that remind us who we are and why this community is so special.
