RETURNING STUDENTS – CONTINUOUS ENROLLMENT
Continuous Enrollment allows us to maximize our resources and provide Christian education to our families at the highest level of excellence. Once enrolled, the Continuous Enrollment Contract renews automatically each year through high school graduation unless a family opts out for the following year, withdraws mid-year, or HOPE Academy terminates the agreement.
Each returning family receives, before February 1:
• A copy of the Continuous Enrollment Contract
• A personalized tuition letter
• A payment schedule
The Enrollment Fee and the first month’s tuition are due annually in February to secure your student's spot for the subsequent school year. Resource Fees are charged in June.
It is the family's responsibility to communicate with the Office of Advancement if a Tuition Assistance decision is dependent on their student’s enrollment prior to the enrollment due date. If a student reenrolls and does not receive an award, penalties for opting out after February 1 will apply as outlined in the Continuous Enrollment Contract.
OPT-OUT
To opt out of enrollment for the upcoming school year, email your intent to opt out to Jennifer Bullock at jbullock@hopek12.com by February 1. This communication releases your student’s spot in the next grade level and prevents the Reenrollment Deposit draft.
