Admissions Process and Checklist

Welcome to HOPE Academy! We’re excited to partner with your family on this journey.

Admissions Checklist

1. Complete the Online Application:
   • Provide thoughtful responses, as this is our introduction to your family.
   • Student Questionnaire: Optional for Kindergarten through 2nd-grade applicants.
   • References: Provide contact details for three non-family references:
     • Personal, spiritual, and educational (optional for Kindergarten families).
     • Our system will email reference forms automatically.
   • Application Fee: Pay a non-refundable $150 fee to finalize your application. (Please Note: Submission does not guarentee an admissions offer.)
2. Tuition Assistance (If Needed):
   • Submit the admissions application first to secure your child’s spot.
   • Visit our Tuition Assistance page for details.
3. Submit Required Documents:
   • Additional documents, including Report Card and Standardized Tests, are needed for students applying for first grade and up.
4. Monitor Your Application:
   • Check your status anytime in the FACTS Family Portal.
   • We’ll follow up with any questions while waiting for references.
5. Family Interview:
   • Scheduled after receiving all references and required documents.
   • Both parents (if applicable) and any student for whom an application has been submitted must attend.

What Happens After the Family Interview?

• Families will be notified via email or phone within two weeks or as spots become available.
• Accepted families proceed with the following:
  1. Enrollment Packet: Complete to secure your child’s spot.
  2. Enrollment Fee: Pay a non-refundable $250 fee per student (up to $500 per family) and the first month’s tuition within 10 days of offer acceptance.
  3. Payment Schedule: Choose full payment or 10 equal monthly payments (details in the enrollment packet). A non-refundable resource fee is due in June and can be found on our Tuition & Fees Page.

Tuition Assistance

For details on tuition assistance, visit our Tuition Assistance page. Assistance applications can only be submitted after completing the admissions application.

Our school reserves the right to decline or discontinue the admissions process at its discretion based on policies, procedures, or other considerations deemed necessary to uphold the institution’s standards and values.
