LEADERSHIP
Leadership at HOPE Academy
At HOPE Academy, leadership is rooted in servant hearts, collaborative planning, and a shared vision to raise disciples and launch leaders. Each group plays a vital role in stewarding the mission and shaping the daily experience of our students.
Administration
Led by the Head of School, our administration carries out the vision set by the Board of Directors, supports faculty in their calling, and ensures that students and families experience a thriving, Christ-centered learning environment.
Board of Directors
The Board provides governance and oversight, establishing the mission, hiring the Head of School, and stewarding resources—financial, strategic, and physical—that enable the mission to be fulfilled. Working prayerfully and thoughtfully, the Board plans for the future so HOPE continues to flourish for generations to come.
Faculty
Our faculty are at the heart of the mission. They serve students with excellence, deliver a robust academic program rooted in a Biblical worldview, and collaborate as a professional learning community dedicated to student growth in both knowledge and character.
Staff
The staff works closely with administration and faculty to provide vital support, ensuring that resources, communication, and planning align for the success of every student and family.
Governance & Mission
HOPE Academy is an independently governed private Christian school with 501(c)(3) nonprofit status. We are not a ministry of a specific church or denomination, but a school that seeks unity in Christ. This independence enables us to welcome families from diverse denominational backgrounds while remaining true to our shared faith.
Our Board of Directors, in trust to God, commits their time, talents, and treasures to advance the mission of HOPE Academy. Together with the Head of School, they prayerfully implement a strategic plan that serves present students while planning wisely for future generations. The Head of School serves as an ex officio member of the Board and its committees, helping lead while also reporting directly to the Board.
“Whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.” – 1 Corinthians 10:31
